It is native to Southeast Asia, growing naturally in Myanmar, Bhutan, Yunnan, China, Manipur, Assam, India, Bangladesh, Andaman Islands, Laos, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
